1. The Runtime Truth Platform
TRACEBACK is a runtime control plane and incident verification engine. By using our Service, you agree to these terms.
2. Technical Definitions & Metering
Billing is strictly governed by "Accepted Requests":
- Accepted Request: A single unit of data successfully validated, authorized via consent contract, and persisted into the Runtime Truth Engine.
- Excluded Traffic: Rejected, malformed, throttled, or rate-limited ingress attempts do not count toward usage.
- Environment Scoping: Only Production traffic is billable. Dev, preview, and local environments are ignored by default.
- Burst Protection: Identical fingerprints within a rolling window are deduplicated and count as one single request to prevent loop-amplified billing.
3. Plans & Subscriptions
- Developer Tier: 250 accepted requests per month at $0.
- Standard Plan: $21 per month. Includes 1,000 accepted requests. Excess usage is billed at $0.05 per unit.
4. Acceptable Use & Abuse
Abuse (such as intentional flooding or bypassed validation) is handled via platform throttling or account suspension. We do not use billable usage as a punitive measure for security violations.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
