Technical Billing Definitions
Request Definition
1 Request = 1 accepted truth write into the Runtime Truth Engine. Submissions are only billable if they pass:
- • Structural Schema Validation
- • Consent & Policy Contract Verification
- • Persistence & Intent Confirmation
Rejected, throttled, or failed submissions are NEVER counted.
Ingress Rules
- Production Enforcement:Only traffic from `production` environments is counted. Dev, local, preview, and CI traffic is ignored by default.
- Burst Protection:Identical incident fingerprints within a rolling 5-minute window are deduplicated and count as 1 request.
Learning & Testing Grants
